Hey there,
I have a friend that is a singer songwriter and we are working some things to get his name out there. He is currently in a contest, but the votes are tallied by likes and downloads of the song. The download counts as the vote.

With fiverr you can buy likes and looks and views on your YT, so I'm thinking there has to be a way to buy "the action of downloading a song."

Why not put the effort into promoting your friends music? If they are any good then they will get votes.

Dont take this the wrong way, but your friend could be a crap singer and when you go sending fake votes and win a contest and they get put infront of some real judges they will be ridiculed.

The contest is purely a secondary bonus in my eyes. The main reason is driving him up the ranks on reverbnation. He's a great singer, but we need exposure.

I think some people just post on here to pad their numbers. We're doing several things and gaining traction, I was simply interested in a mechanism that could potentially help speed it up. I appreciate the ones who had a suggestion. Thank you, sincerely!
