Pinterest question for female demo

I keep trying with Facebook but constantly get the redbox. I've tried everything.. This week I'm moving into bingads or buysellads. My demo is 30 plus women USA. Does Pinterest allow ads similar to fb? Couldn't find anyting

    Pinterest just recently started running "promoted pins" but so far only a select few Pinterest users have been able to test them out. I'm not sure when they'll roll them out for the rest of us.

    Yup they haven't made it public yet, if they have very good approval rate then i am sure we can get big benefit there, it would be a lot different from facebook..

    Once they make it public we should consider some things, that which pins converts more, which niche pins drives more traffic,
    Well my 2 years experience on pinterest says that recipes and Home decoration convert best they have highest CTR on pinterest...
    And quotes niche get most of the repins but CTR is really really low for this niche..
    So the strategy should be that to get traffic we should use recipe niche..
    And to get followers to your profile we should use Quotes niche, and if they allow we should not link our quotes pins to any website, in this way we can get a lot more followers
