Any all in one Social Media software?

I'm looking for all in one software for all of my social media needs such as: facebook, pinterest, twitter, tumbler, and other social media outlets. If anybody here can recommend good software at affordable price, I would be interested in it.

    Hootsuite is very great, you can track and manage all your social network accounts activites very easily. There isn't any limit, you can add as many accounts on the same platform. It's not too expensive.

    It is really a good idea to assemble all the social networking sites under a single roof as it is easy to handle & manage them. However,very few company does feature that particular features. Yes indeed I had a name of the company in my knowledge name Tatwawebtech that provide that facilities of gathering all the social networking site under one roof.
