A way to get FB fans' email addresses?

I have 4000 fans and I know Facebook is hiding me from 3800 of them. I get 200 reach if nobody shares the content. I was wondering if there was a program or method I could go about to emailing/message all my fans and tell them that Facebook could be hiding us from them?

    It's one of the usual Facebook bugs, you should contact the FB team and submit your support ticket. I had the same problem and the answer I got was rather quick.

    I learned a way to extract email addresses from facebook. If you have an older yahoo email address you can do an import friends from facebook then it will collect (I think not every) but a good chunk of email addresses from facebook.

    That's actually not a FB bug. That's how FB sets it up. They want you to pay to reach more of your fans. If you look at your FB fan page you may see "improve your reach". This is where FB is trying to get you to pay them.
