Buying Safe YouTube Traffic

I just had a video removed from YouTube for "Violation of TOU #4 Section H". Until now I have had great success and few problems with YouTube marketing. Views are important, and I need to figure out what our safe options are.

These are the sources I used for my video:
Vagex: Seemed like I had low views results compared to what I ordered. I ended up with a few hundred views here and a handful of likes.
YTNuke: I ordered 2,000 views
u2bviews: I think I got a few hundred views here as well as likes and subscriptions.

I was thinking these were all part of view exchanges which should be safe. It seems that from the email YouTube sent it is allowable to purchase traffic as long is it isn't from robots/spiders. Here is part of the email:

"Many users trust outside marketers who claim to increase views, subscribers, likes, etc., but each user is ultimately responsible for the activity on his or her account, as well as for knowing and abiding by YouTube's Terms of Use. This includes understanding the nature of the traffic on his or her channel and making sure any hired service providers comply with YouTube's Terms of Use. "

This tells me it is OK to hire providers, but they have to comply with TOS.

With all that said, does anyone have any ideas on where it is safe to get views?

Vagex and u2bviews are safe, since it´s real traffic.

Don´t know about the third traffic source since I never used it!

Well, I note the views and sources mentioned above but I wonder:

Is Youtube (Google) so filled with dummies for staff that they can't recognise views that are purchased rather that natural growth based on the quality and real popularity?

I got my main video banned due to viralsocials, they had glitch a while ago, if you will order 1k views they will send like 5k or more
I don't know about now, but it is the very same reason i left them

Becaureful about this provider i had a couple of deleted videos. On the past they were very good, right now you should have a red flag.

      My 2 cents

I'm starting to think that maybe Vagex was the problem. I remember ordering about 500 views, and my view count increased less than 10 views (and it wasn't the 300 view pause). I'm wondering if YouTube is now seeing something in Vagex and not counting the views.

Youtube seem to be clamping down on violations of their terms of use. Their terms are however too vague that you may be violating them without knowing it.

Those services are all bots, notice that most of your visitors come from Russia or Japan, not the United States. Plus most of the services add likes that are at a unrealistic ratio to views.

I'm using u2bviews and never had a single problem. What I do is add a video, let it "sit" for a week or so, add a few hundred views, then after a few more days I start adding thousands of views and some likes. So far so good (knock on wood)

Possibly, you could go to a micro task site and pay people a few cents to view and comment on your video(s). You could get 20 real human views/comments on your video for as little as $1.00. These sites are different than Fiverr, in how they use a crowd sourcing mechanism, using real people who perform micro task jobs for a small sum of money. This is better than using a Fiverr type Youtube views service which will use a bot to give you views rather than real human views.

The only safe YouTube views solution for the long term health of a channel and to get organic growth is to use Google AdWords for video. I have done this for my channel and got explosive growth. At $0.03 to $0.10 per view, I pay a lot more for my views than other services charge. Since I am paying Google to advertise on their own website, I also get the highest return out of my ads with 90% of my videos being watched as a result of the ads I am showing on Google/YouTube. Spend your money on the highest quality and you will get the best return.
