Google+ Custom URL

Hi Warriors,

Just dropping in to see if Google+ have enabled custom URLs now.

Current Google+ URLS look something like this:

https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/108708...13374696/posts

I want my new custom URL to be something like this:

https://plus.google.com/+breffo

Can anyone recommend a solution?

    I created a site with a G+ page at the end of June.

    A couple of weeks ago they sent me an email and said I am now allowed the custom URL.]]

    I didn't put much thought into it but maybe you have to be active for a certain amount of time?
