I`m BANNED from FB Ads PLEASE HELP!

Hi
I got banned from using FB ads about 6 months ago for what they said was inappropriate content!
I had a few ads using the same method running for over 6 months with no problem!
Ive tried contacting FB to see if i can have it reversed but i never get any replys.
Is there a way i can still use ads by other ways?

Cheers
Paul

What type of warnings did you get on the ads the last time when placing them? Is it possible someone reported the ads as being offensive? Also, would help to know what you are advertising.

No matter what you do, they will not open your current account.

If you got another aged Facebook account then I will recommend you to create ad account using that and make sure your personal information match with your billing information.

2nd option is buying the agency ad account from a reputable seller. It will be hard to find such people these days.

this also happened to me, and I had'nt even placed an ad yet.. I'm new to affiliate marketing and i was only practicing how to create ads and pausing the campaigns immediately, all of a sudden i get kicked of off Facebook for 24hrs and my ads account banned..i then got an email from a Facebook employee saying that the decision was final, but when i asked what was suspicious they never responded to me. The weird thing is that my Facebook account which I've had since like 06/07 is fine...has anybody had any success in getting their accounts back after its been banned for "suspected fraudulent activity

In Facebook Advertising you need to coincide all the details on your account to your credit card or to your Paypal account. If these doesn't fit at all, higher chances that your ads account will get flagged because they will detect it as fraud.

They probably will not reopen that account, someone must have seen that pic as offensive in some way and reported it.

Once your ads account has been banned, then it is very rare that it will be restored at any point.

so what do we do? My account got banned too. Do we need to use an aged account or can we start brand new account with different info, cc etc? Or do we got to let it age? That sucks....what if you are a new advertiser and just want to start a facebook account and ad account and its not aged?

so sorry my dear, but Facebook latest acc. ban is frequent and frustrating , and worst of it they wont give you the precise reason when this occurs, actually seeking a more friendlier traffic source

      Hi,
I learnt yesterday from a business partner of mine that Facebook seem to take offense at anybody using the word "Facebook" or "FB" anywhere in their ad and will refuse it straight away.
Whether this leads to an ultimate ban if you continue to do this I'm not sure, but it wouldn't surprise me!

Wow, this is scary... my latest ad was banned this week from my page - although I have never had any problems before either. I can only put it down to someone complaining about the page name - KickAss Business Solutions...

Does anyone out there find this really offensive?? Seriously

You can just make a new Facebook ads account on a different profile. Avoid using any affiliate links directly but instead use a landing page on Facebook where people can click to your affiliate offer. You can also make your own website and iframe it or link in your Facebook page about text.

Yes, this will happen sometimes we cannot blame Facebook for this problem. Instead to follow and create new page then run new your ads. Make sure that your link and content is not used before please make sure you are running fresh & legit offer.

Not sure why no one mentioned this--but since last fall, ads related to dating vertical are NOT allowed PERIOD--unless you have a pre-existing corporate-level relationship with FB.

If you don't want to be banned, make sure you read all of the T&Cs + guidelines very carefully.

There are nearly one MILLION advertisers on FB at any one time. Some things may get through and not be taken down until complaints come in. Never believe you are gettig away with anything, bacause as soon as a jealous competitor sees you doing something they can't--you are going to be toast.

BTW, all "business" ad accounts not tied to a personal profile are going away for good on October 1. Create a Business Manager account and put all your accounts in their before then or lose them.

Sorry to hear but yeah, 1. someone might have reported your photos as offensive and 2. you just broke a rule or two in the Facebook guidelines.

I feel your pain. I just got my account banned too and am scouting around for solutions other than creating a new account (which has it's own challenges to navigate).

For those thinking that it's just a simple case of following the rules, I humbly submit to you that that in itself is pretty difficult. Reason being that many of their rules aren't very clear and there are so many different variations of ads which may or may not violate guidelines they set.

At the end of the day, mistakes do happen both on the part of Facebook as well as the advertiser. Unfortunately, as the advertiser you're almost always going to be at a disadvantage and need to be really patient to work through the process. I suppose that's why they say never put all your eggs in one basket.

This happened to me as well, you will find it is just your advert that was banned for being innapropriate not your account
leave it a couple of days may be a week or two then set up another advert but find out what it was and if you already know don't use it again and re write your advert.
mine was banned but i have now had many more since then.
it's not a person that bans it either, there is a program that scans the adverts for things like rude pics etc bad words or banned items and if it pics it up it blocks the advert
make sure you also read there do's and dont's on adverts and pages as well, you can have any page you want on facebook (just about) but you can't advertise anything

Facebook make rules as they go along because they can. You probably got someone reviewing your ad that was having a bad day and they took it out on you. Unfortunately once your banned there isn't much you can do. Open a new account and start from scratch

A way to get back on Facebook is find someone who you trust that doesn't use Facebook marketing. They are able to go into Adsmanager and give you admin rights. This will allow you to build ads with your own FB login - you just have to switch between accounts in the dropdown menu.

The only downside to this is that you're friend/family member will be able to create ads if they want and run on your credit card.

There is absolutely no risk for your friend/family member to do this.
