A weber question

I'm new to a weber, but wondering can I set up a custom information sheet instead of the typical email + name. I'm wanting people to be able to give a few more bits of certain information, namely social security number,income,etc, (for home mortgage application" ...fill in the customized blanks and I get the information on my end, that sort of thing.... So I want to be able to get a few lines of input on a form Otherwise, any suggestions for a weber or another platform more readily geared for this sort of thing?

    Very possible, sir...

    Step 1. Log into Aweber
    Step 2. Select the list you wish to work with.
    Step 3. Click the "Sign Up Forms" tab
    Step 4. Click "Edit" beneath the appropriate form
    Step 5. On the left, click blue button, "Create a New Field."
    Step 6. Name your field (ie. SSN, Color of Your Eyes, etc.)
    Step 7. Save, then choose your input type.
    Step 8. "Save Your Form"

    In regards to Step 7, for what your objective is
    you may want to consider the Text Input type.

    Aweber. I highly doubt you'll be disapointed.

    What's your plan for overcoming the inevitable
    objections for a prospect entering their social
    security numbers into your form? Just curious...
