      what i need is the app that have the ability to grow viral, like that can invite friends of the users, that can send custom notifications to users etc.
      my niche surrounds fb so dont want to go away from that.

    You would have to determine your goal. "Viral App" could mean almost anything. A custom one off script is going to cost you around $30 - $50 per hour to get developed, expect between 20-40 hours worth of work. For that you could try Elance.
