Question about Facebook power editor and managing ads!

Here is a question I have.

1. What makes the power editor so much better than the native ads campaign manager within Facebook?

2. I am also a social media consultant, just started a few months ago as I realized I have a "knack" for building awesome value add content, engagement on Facebook and ultimately followers, fans, customers. When you manage others ads, don't you have to get access to their personal profile as it is their credit card that you will be using to pay for the ads, yes? Or do you use your own personal profile, create the ad and have them pay you, to pay for the ad launch?

    1) power editor is more productive with functions such as duplicate.

    2)Once you add your payment media(CC or paypal account), fb charges you periodically.So you only need to setup the payment once.

    Bigger clients will ask you to use their ad account. For smaller clients you can get away with using your account
