Need help with creating FB Ads targeting Indians outside India

Hi, We are facing a challenge in targeting Indians outside India through Facebook Ads. Currently we are targeting Indians settled in 5-6 countries and having interests in the products we sell (sarees, salwar kameez, i.e. Indian ethnic dressing). The other interests we have added are our competitors.
We get CTR of around 0.25 and decent CPC rate as well.

Just wondering if I have missed anything in filtering the audience to reach the right segment.

Will appreciate any insights or finding the gaps.

    Sounds like a good CTR. I'm guessing you're doing sidebar ads.

    Only other thing I would suggest is creating ad variations. Maybe outline them in red to stand out more.

    You could also use Facebook graph search to find out the interests of people who like specific pages and interests. From there you could target people who have interest in something relating to your campaign.

    your costs should be cheap if you're targeting people outside the US, Canada and Uk.

      Thats something new for me using Facebook Graph and filtering the interests.

      Yes, most of them are sidebar ads.

    You can suggest pages which are related to NRIs. You can put bollywood celebrities pages in suggestion list who are having large number of fan following in other countries like SRK, with this you can target more audience.

    Facebook ads targeting allows you to target individual cities. I have found that california have the highest concentration of indians and specifically cupertino. you can target your ads to these cities and states.

    I know cupertino arent't 100% indians and targeting the entire cupertino will help you get the most indians. You need to filter out your indians from your traffic with your adcopy as well. Use images that are of indian people, Use words like " indian in Cupertino has recently..."

    I believe I made some ads for you before that did this by targeting many interests that people in India are most likely to share such as Indian actors, celebrities, brands, etc.
