Quick and simple guide to learning Facebook Ads?

I'm looking for a quick way to learn the ropes of Facebook advertising.

Can you recommend a report or ebook? It can be paid or free, I don't really care as long as its simple and direct. Not looking for a 400-page Dummies style book, etc.

I can recommend a course by Amy Porterfield. She is great and one of the best teachers when it comes to Facebook. Just Google her name.
