Has the "verified website link" on your Pinterest homepage changed to nofollow? I am seeing this.

This would actually make sense, if it's true for everyone. Pinterest is closing the search engine loop holes they were providing users. Now they are very big, the site does not need to share any of it's link juice in order to get pins to the site.

My thoughts exactly. I imagine all the accounts with no activity, the default profile picture and a verified website link will be deleted in the coming weeks.

I am getting a lot of boost in my serp's by nofollow links from pinterest
If they are in massive bundle they surely help even if they are nofollow, plus backlinks from social site like pinterest always help you in gaining authority
So even if they make your homepage link nofollow it wont be much difference
