which social media plugins to use?

I have a site with a twitter and facebook. What are the best plugins to use? I want to have visitors share, like, and follow us on facebook and twitter, while keeping the buttons small.
Facebook:
I want visitors to the site to be able to share the article and also to like our facebook fan page with an easy button. They facebook plugin is too big, I want something smaller
Twitter:
I want visitors to tweet the article they are reading and also quickly start following us on twitter.
