How do you embed a link in Facebook

Hi All

Do you guys know how to do this...Check out the link

See how they've written

"Please "share" post to remind others!

Join Us at Preppers World"

and they've embedded "Preppers World" with a link to the facebook page, so when it's shared it goes to the facebook page?

I know how to embed a link but how do you do it just by showing the anchor text?

    That link is automatically created by Facebook, since they've referenced their own page. You can reference your page and others as a page.

    That is very easy to do, if you are the admin of Preppers World page, to do so, just write @Prepp..... and then the Preppers World sign will popup automatically, click on it and you are good to go.
