Urgent - How To Boost Facebook Post

Hi,

I am a content creator for a business page but when I want to boost post, Facebook refer to my credit card which is expired.

The business owner actually had his credit card ready in Fb for boosting or pay ad. How can I get Fb business page to use the business owner credit card instead?

For that the business owner has to share advertising access with you.. ie the adverts account should be shared to you
