I cannot figure out this type of FB Monetization, Need Help For my 417k FB page

the following page was posted in a question about monetizing it a few months ago, it has since been monetized but in a way i cannot figure out how to do myself, could someone who knows more take a look and explain how i can do the same and if it's ok with facebook? I would reward the help with a post to my 417k liked page on fb ( i will give you my fb url in a pm)

      if you look at the page you will see that the person posts a photo and a link but the link leads to another link that leads to another etc and in the end it seems to be an adult ad and another ad for building muscles. very confusing was wondering how to do the same and if facebook allows the adult ad to show up after a few clicks etc
