Posting to Facebook Groups ~ anyone?

I'm looking to post to groups in my niche (health/nutrition). I know admins have the power to delete posts but has anyone had success from this either generating likes and or sales?

It works for some niches. I never tried the health niche but you can definitely give it a go. Groups in the IM/MMO niche are a waste of time. If it will work in your niche you should be able to get a few new likes each time you post anything - try funny or inspirational pictures!

If you intend to post obvious spam, any reputable group I have been involved with will moderate you away almost immediately.

Actually join a group and find out what the rules are. Then you might have a shot.

        Yes: totally agree with Danny.

I would simply join relevant groups under your fan page name, and contribute intelligently to the discussions. This isn't a fast approach, granted, but it's an ethical, long-term strategy that will yield favorable results.

I have seen this works in niches where you can provide real information. I mean valuable information.

If you just spam your articles that all have 10 affiliate links on average, you will be kicked pretty quickly.

I haven't tried this in the health/nutrition niche, mainly because I did try it in IM and it was a waste of time. Just think, if everyone has the same idea, it does just become a spam-fest. I just use the power of great content in the health/nutrition niche - works a treat.
