25 webclicks, 1.06Cpc, 2353 reach, 58 clicks, 2.495 CTR, $26.51

I'm on mobile and will screen shot when I get home sorry in advance.

I have a teespring campaign running in a non sports niche, i feel like I should have little competition. Great looking design, seriously dope shirt a lot of people would like.

I'm getting no conversions but I don't feel like I should judge off just 25 website clicks.

I'm getting lots of comments and likes on the ad but my Cpc is high at first at .38 - .82 cents and doesn't move till i do optimize bids.

It gets lots of traffic and CTR rises so I go to lower bid and traffic stops. All this happens in about an hour.

I need help with budgeting. I have a 50 dollar budget to test niche which gets used so quickly i can't run numbers. 25 clicks at 26 dollars is to much but I've only been testing for a short time.

Also what's a good conversions to web site clicks average

I'd love any advice i could get.

Teespring is one of those of things. People may like the look of the ad and may love the shirt however they may not want to buy.

Its not a must have. Its not something they obviously need. TBH tho $1 CPC is astronomical so I would be pausing it for the time being and going deeper into why they are not buying although given what you have said, it could be as simple as what I have said here, they just dont want to buy.

Could also be people paid to click on ad's to drive up CPC from competitors. That is something we all have to put up with and undoubtedly happens.

However you are saying you are getting likes and comments? Are you linking to a fanpage/group then?

Also never optimize the posts, its just another way for FB to eek more money out of the advertiser.

I'm running multiple tests on multiple accounts letting each run for 50.
So I am linking to a page but each page is newly created for that campaign.

I can see competitors trying to sabotage campaigns that makes since.

I just feel like every single niche i run a test on always has astronomically high cpcs if the campaign is based in the US.

I'm just not fully grasping a way to lower my cpc. Yet i see people with 5-10 cent cpc with a way worse ctr.

I've never ran a test campaign that didn't get atleast a 2.00ctr. I guess CTR has no bearing on lowering cpc?

Thanks for responding by the way!

Your correct you cant really do a judgement off of only 25 clicks. Statistically you really shouldn't expect to get any sales with that low of a number.

Your CPC is quite high. $1+ is to much. You should be looking at tweaking your ads.

$50 to test a market is a token effort that honestly is not worth doing. If your not willing to invest a couple hundred at least than you might want to rethink your strategy. To put this into perspective my last Facebook campaign had a $600 initial budget, which I then bumped up to $3000 once I saw it was looking good. I ended up with a 70% ROI.

I'm running one campaign inside the dreaded sports niche. 35 dollars netted me 3 sweatshirt conversions. Which tells me this campaign should net me some profits. I feel like a 50 dollar budget is good because if I don't get a conversion off 50 dumping any more would be a waste.

600 is a big initial budget for one campaign I'd probably split that up but I'm the one asking questions here so what do I know!

I'm also just noticing cpc varies during different times of the day so I'm guessing competitors effect CPC in a real time fashion is that assumption correct?

Are they are Skype groups available for brainstorming these teespring ideas.

I appreciate everyone's help and knowledge.

Brutecky, what you say here makes sense to me but I had a couple follow up questions:

Are you talking about a $3K "lifetime" budget for the campaign? Not daily right?

Also, what size of a targeted audience did you start with at $600 and what did you bump it to once you saw it was performing and increased budget to $3k? Or did you just leave the size of the audience the same?

For me, I think there's a targeting issue with your FB ads.

If i'm targeting the correct audience (im extracting FB pages and Groups that's very similar to my niche), i would start a lower bid (ex. $0.20). I'm increasing it every 2-3 hours if the engagement is low. so example from $0.20 to $0.25. Increasing it for 5 cent.
