Facebook Ad results

Hi guys,

I ran my first facebook ad this week to get niche specific likes to my website...it cost me £28 to get 475 likes.

Is that a decent return? Never having looked in to FB ads before I am not really sure if this is any good

    You can do better, but of course that highly depends on the niche.

    If your niche is hard, then this is a good run, if its not that saturated, then you can definitely do better.

    I must say for your first attempt, it's a decent return.

    I spent quite a lot of time creating a custom image for the ad so fairly happy with the return...I might keep it running until I hit 1,000 - already seeing some good traffic through the links I have posted on the FB page

    If the fans are really targeted and will have benefit of them, than it is worth. Depends what you offer/sale on the fanpage, can get back that amount in short time and keep the fans for free

    Just passed 600 now and probably the most interesting thing is the demographic of my likes - this certainly gives me food for thought in terms of future marketing / advertising

    It's a good ROI. The cost per like would go anywhere from one cent to a dollar dependent on the niche and geo. B2B ads usually cost more.
