My ad account got flagged?

Hello warriors.

I tried to do a ad on facebook not to long ago, and I got this message

Your ad account has recently been flagged because of unusual activity. For security reasons, any ads you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information. Contact Facebook.

I contacted them but I still did not get a reply. Is there another way I can contact Facebook or what do I have to do?

    Once you have contacted them, then give them few days.
    Face Book is not very good in replying quickly. They take time.

    Facebook is freakingly slow sometimes. They will take some time, and will most likely ask you for an ID, and perhaps an utility bill.

    Don't worry about the ads account being flagged - it's automatic most of the time.

    Once your ads get approved a few times, they will be auto-approved within a few hours.

    This might be a standard response for all new accounts, though it's never happened to me before. If your account was flagged as they mentioned, then you might have wanted to wait awhile before trying to place any ads. Or, at least wait longer next time. I'm sure you will get a response shortly from Facebook.
