Not via CPA ads but rather google adsense with a lot of traffic from a page with 500k followers.

Yes, just the other day I setup a free facebook campaign and generated $117.50 in sales in 1 day.

Yes its very possible to make money from Facebook if you have a good campaign in place. The trick is to target one or two country per campaign and not the majority.

This I speak from experience cause I run a few campaign on Facebook and they convert well.
