6500 likes - Now to Monetize?

Hi,

For fun, I built a page up to approx 6500 English speaking likes in the Sushi Niche.

Also have an Aston Martins page up to 10,000 likes.

But for both (especially the latter) I am unsure how to monetize these or what would be a good plan of action moving forward.

Both pages were just to see how easily I could do it.

Am in Japan so sushi is an interest, I know nothing about cars

Any ideas or advice?

First of all, congratz on getting so many likes. Keep growing I'd say!

As for the sushi page.. maybe you could let some big sushi companies advertise on your webpage (if it is a local fb page).
If it's a more international page then you could write you own 'how to make sushi' ebook and mention it on you fb page once in a while.

Hope these ideas help you get there a bit more ;-)

You can very easily monetize this. Try to search for affiliate related products for sushi and Aston Martin. You will surely find. Then build a squeeze page with an opt in form to collect subscribers. Offer a free ebook and then market related products to your list. After you launch your page, you could just post on Facebook to notify these people and they will start subscribing. If you don't know how to do these steps, there are courses that can teach as well how to make it. If you want you can PM me for help. Continue growing your likes.

      Hello,

I'm thinking why not. You can work out a deal with local Sushi restaurants you're used eating at to propose a discount to customers you bring them and pay you.

For the Aston Martin page, maybe accessories and making a deal with a genuine remapping shop (specialized in boosting engines by tweaking the maps inside car computers to get more power, or any other desired characteristics).

Generally speaking, the more powerful a car, the more there's room for improvement. For Aston Martin lovers, I think it's an already pre-qualified crowd:

      - First and foremost: They can afford it. These kind of tweaks and accessories cost in the $200+ , $300+. What's that to an Aston Martin owner (heck I spend this on a night out and I'm a broke student).

      - Second: They're passionate about it. They love cars. It's a pleasure.

These two criteria are like a charge and its detonator in my opinion: Passionate about something + can afford it + costs really less than the car itself = Nice

You can also make a deal with a dealership and get a cut on people who'll actually buy a new Aston Martin thanks to your encouragement. You can create a forum for them, and a place to make transactions and exchanges between forum members for a cut.. This sort of things.

      On another note,

I'm helping a friend who's got a shop installing car alarm systems, HID lamps and all.

He had a Facebook page that got 500 Likes in about 6 months. I created an Ad, picked nice looking pictures of the cars they installed lamps on, crafted the wording so it's short, and three days later, it got 2000 more likes.

For a good part, there were more "People talking about it" than Likes. Like a week plus. 89,000 reached on a single post, about 30 shares, and 500 likes or something for that post. Nice figures for just few bucks thrown in just to experiment (I lost my Ad V Card with that one).

Anyway, I had a problem with my Ads on Facebook, but the point is, I can see possibilities where you can add actual value, not in the "buzz word" sense of "bringing value", but really bringing value and making their lives easier.

      All the best !

      Wait until when?
You already have 750k. What are you wainting for. To pass over China's population?

People make money with even less than 1000 likes.

With the Aston Martin Page, I'd join up to shareasale & find a model cars merchant. You might be able to sell aston martin diecast model cars from there.

    Also try some teespring campaigns?

@marineris - Dude, with 750k likes, what are you waiting for?!!

    Some great tips here.

I have found one sushi affiliate offer but yes, nothing to stop me writing my own.

And very interested to research more into the Aston Martins ideas.

    Thanks one and all.

I'm no expert by any means but why not get a t-shirt design for sushi lovers and Aston Martin owners and then do a Teespring promotion for them?
