Need some Info to get started

Hi to all,

i am new in a company and i am responsibel for Social Marketing such as FB and youtube. My company allready has a lot of visitors to their webpage and i wanted to ask if i make a contest to activate my fanbase on Facebook what are the things i have to remind for and how can i increase sales with the use of facebook.

My company quite big and they do not whant to raise their brand name the only thing they whant to do is to increase sales on theyr webpage. So i am recherching this for a long time to make everything alright. A few tips from your side will be very helpfull !!!
