Adwords / FB Ads

Since I am still working my way up in IM, and I am new, I am not so finacially good to spend 100's on ads. Since I know of where to get adwords and Facebook coupons, how could I go about doing this? As you can only use one per account, and every new account you need a new payment method, right? Anyone doing this, and if so, how? Thanks for any help,
