Facebook: Big Question!

Guys...

I need some help here. Thoughts etc.

I use Facebook for marketing.

My FB ads account just got banned for "fraudulent" activity. No one uses the account but me, and I haven't been doing any kind of weird ads. Seriously, I've been doing regular ad stuff.

I appealed FB's decision and got the following letter:

"Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled due to suspected fraudulent activity. In the interest of protecting our users, we will not be able to reenable your payments account. This decision is final.

What the hell!

Now I can't use it. I don't think I can delete my account and then start over again either.

Why does Facebook have such horrible, draconian rules and LACK of information and LACK of means to talk to REAL people? Good lord! I am beyond pissed.

Any helpful thoughts or advice other than just saying "Screw Facebook, I'm outa here?"

Also...anyone have advice on proven, effective marketing alternatives to Facebook?

    Fb is following google these days . They are simply banning people with some stupid reasons also.
    You may not get the reply from them for your questions. They will just reply just what they are thinking.
    And ofcourse, If you are changing your Ads and try to follow all the rules in your Ad Account. Again, if you want to start a new account and run the Ads. It should be little older and ofcourse you cant use the same Card to run the Ads account. Because it has been banned in the last account.
    You can try with altenate payments like Paypal.

    That is unbelievable! I once revoked my payment arrangement with them, leaving an unpaid balance of almost $100 and didn't pay for more than a month and they didn't ban my account. But that was back in the day... maybe their heads grew with the size of their userbase.

    I know this is not useful in any way but I guess I just wanna express my disbelief with what they've become already. I'm now also getting frustrated with some of my ads getting disapproved while other people's ads which are worse than mine (and clearly in violation of their rules) are being shown to me.
