FB lead chef problem?

I recently bought a copy of the program FB lead chef and every time I go to Facebook to create an ad with the user ID's I extracted, I get a message saying I can't create an ad because my audience is to specific. But I don't understand how this could be because when I upload the cvs files to fb the number is well over 20,000 people. If anyone could possibly give me any insight on why this is happening it would be really appreciated. Thanks!!

    Does it say why they are too specific. I know facebook recently banned audiences where everyone has the same name, because of the name shirts people are selling on teespring now. Could you tell us what kind of audience you are looking for?

    I downloaded FBlead software but every time I try to run it after installation it gives me this error "FBleadchef has Stopped Working" Can you tell me if I am missing something here?

      Hey Guys,

      I get this error when accessing Fb Lead Chef:

      "Error Accessing App

      We're sorry, but the application you're trying to use doesn't exist or has been disabled."

      Tried to re-activate it, but nothing.

      Any ideas?

        You're not alone. Facesniper has been down the past couple of days too. I'm starting to think it's because of a FB update. There has been talk since F8 that FB would be changing the way they handle user IDs. I wonder if that's what has happened here?

            My Social Lead Freak is working absolutely fine. Make sure you have updated it to the latest version and got your app config setup properly. If you need any help I can show you how to get the app working properly

              Don't know if you guys heard but FB is apparently bringing down the hammer on people who are downloading IDs and creating custom audiences.

              There are accounts getting banned left and right. CA was great until all the different softwares came out and I guess it forced Facebook's hand.

              Not saying you have to stop. Just saying be careful.

    Never had these kind of problems with social lead freak. I would remove any kind of country filter you have on the ad targeting and see if the majority of those people are coming from countries you aren't targeting?

    Hi,

    I get this error whenever I try to login to Fb Lead chef

    "Given URL is not permitted by the application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains."

    Please what do I do?

        I used to think that this tool is great and support was fantastic till couple of days ago. No reply and no support.
        Why is the owners of this tool is forcing buyers to purchase their built in API.

        No happy and will not recommend this to anyone any more.....

          Same here.
          Just purchased the soft... but you need an additional paid app to make it work, without it the soft is useless...
          These are rude marketing techniques... borderline... scam ?

    As far as I know many functions of Fb Lead Chef have stopped to work after the last FB Algo Update. Am I mistaken here?

      Just to let you all know that Facebook no longer support Facebook email addresses and as you know it stopped supporting FB ID's a while back.

      So, in short do not buy this product as it will not work
