[FB] Custom Audience <20 people

Hi guys,

I will just skip to the case



My custom audiences show that there are less then 20 people inside but thats just from recently. I have been using this list for few days and it was both 20k+ as it needed to be. Why does this happen ?

    Hey, nobody knows yet what this is. But here's what u can do:

    First of all, if u have ads based on a <20 audience running, check the demographics inside the ad. What is the number of people your ad is targeting?

    Then, go back to the audiences dashboard and push the Create ad button for the selected audience. You are in the advertising dashboard now and the selected audience is already loaded. Go straight to demographics and check the number of people of your <20 audience. Create an ad if u like to test.

    And a last thing u can do to bring the real number of UIDs in audience dashboard, is to delete the audience, erase a few IDs, rename it and upload it again.

      Hmm thanks for your answer but when I check ads it says 40k potential campaign audience. Ads are running and it seems like the campaign is dead, none visits and I used to have 12% CTR.
