How can it be that i dont reach my budget in FB

I have a 25.000 uid list and i choose in the power editor optimized cpm and i said i would pay 22 Euros per click,its newsfeed only and now it optimized his cpm to about 10 Euros, but it still dont reach the budgets of about 30 Euros a day.

How can this be? Don't get it Facebook!

    Your probably not getting all the impressions since you are limiting it to a list which as a result is not getting you the impressions you need.

      but there must be a max capping of facebook.

      I said i pay about 30 Euro per click. Obv cpc will still stay at 0,50-0,60, but i just wanted to reach my budget. Its 20 Euros not 200. and list is like 25k of people
