Can you advertise to FB page owners?

So,

I used FB Lead chef and scraped power players from a few pages...but the powerplayers from the pages were pages themselves? I was confused, because they specifically mention how getting a power player to endorse you is important. Does anyone know ?

I'm not sure about this feature in Leadchef, but I know for sure that u cannot advertise to page owners. But instead, you can message them :-)

According to my knowledge and experience you cannot advertise to page owners.Well can you please share that what you want to advertise only to page owners.Hope you don't mind.

Actually I tried on my end asking Page owners to post my page or have them post my post on their page. I paid $10 for it

I think it should be related. example: My Page: New York Bulldogs - Other page owners: New York City Business
