Targeting UIDs - CPM or CPC?
I have been testing a few facebook ads, and have since gathered a lot of Targeted facebook UID's.
I was wondering - if you target a list of say 5000 targeted UIDS, is it better to go with CPC or CPM?
Input from people who have used UID targeting would be great!
