Targeting UIDs - CPM or CPC?

Hello!

I have been testing a few facebook ads, and have since gathered a lot of Targeted facebook UID's.

I was wondering - if you target a list of say 5000 targeted UIDS, is it better to go with CPC or CPM?

Input from people who have used UID targeting would be great!

    With such a small audience I'd go with cpm.

    Hey there.

    I find that CPC with a small audience doesn't do anything for me. While I'm still learning, you are more likely to get your ad seen faster with CPM.
