Facebook app install

Hello Everyone,
I would like to promote an affiliate offer which is CPI which means I need to get installs!
I clicked the create ad button on facebook choosed of course the "app install" category.
I tried to enter my affiliate url but facebook gave me the following message: "You've entered a destination that works better with Clicks to Website. Use another objective or enter a different destination."

I guess it looks for "play" or "itunes" string in my url to make sure it's an app but it won't find of course..
So how can I do that? How can I promote an affiliate offer through facebook when the goal is to get installs.

    If you have a CPI offer for mobile, try mMedia. They are the largest independent advertiser and you can get real cheap clicks. If the app you are an affiliate for does not have the SDK setup with Facebook and they don't give you permission to make installs through the developer interface, you won't be able to track installs or CPI with Facebook ads. If you can use traffic from any country, you can try web click ads from low cost countries but this will only work if they can manage to install the app which is questionable. For all these reasons, mMedia.

    mMedia is not so cheap as you claim it is, I regsitered few days ago and they asked me to bid something like between 0.05$ - 0.1$ per click which is not so cheap..
