Facebook Ad Problem

Hi

I am trying to target facebook ads to a particular facebook page tab containing an optin. It seems as though thats not possible anymore due to facebook changing the way it does things. Is there anyway round it?

    There are lots of training program there. Search them in google. make sure you'll find the correct tutorial or training. If you found something, search for review of that training program.
