I don't know if it is normal
FB ads opened a whole new world to me in the Ad manager last night.
It was the ability to target buyers and active buyers and engaged buyers. I haven't seen this option before until last night. Does this option open up after a set amount of ad spend or is it a new one just opened? If so, I can't imagine the possibilities now.
