My Facebook Strategy

Ok I created a fangate. I place an ad to direct traffic to the fangate then when the person likes my page he is directed to my optin page on my other side of the fan gate.

Guess what? Ad was disapproved.

Question is -- Does facebook still allow this strategy?

I noticed Facebook Bid for Likes is CPM. I'm trying to avoid it and use the manual bid for clicks. This is why I used the fangate to force people to like the page.

Now what I'm I doing wrong and what's the best way to place an ad for likes? thanks.

    Simple if they have approved your ads
    then obviously they allow it.

      I think it's wise for people to refer to the guidelines before doing things they used to do in the past because FB 2014 has totally changed in my opinion. Who likes FB Jail? Keep it clean and abide by their rules is the best option for avoiding such.
