Help with social proof

I am trying to find out if there is a plugin or something that will allow users/viewers to "share" or "tweet" a specific message on their social profile (facebook or twitter) when they click the link on my site.

Example: person clicks link they are taken to their facebook page with the message already populated such as "I had a great experience at blah blah blah!". All they have to do then is hit share or tweet.

    I know of some social media syndication services that will, but not a plugin, but I would be interested in that as well, I think you can build through facebook api

      You may be able to do something like this with IFTTT.com ... I'd check it out and see.

    I would look into Paywithatweet.com I think that is what you are looking for. They have free and paid services where you can create a message for Twitter/Facebook, put a button on your website, and offer people something for free when they click the button and share your message.

    For example, you can give away a short report when someone clicks on the button and shares a specific message on Facebook or Twitter that links back to your website.
