There are many sites available that can help you gain facebook likes to your page.

Addmefast is a great example and the most popular of the sites. You can either buy or earn points, and gain a ton of likes fast.

No.Sites like AddMeFast are used to generate 'fake' followers. Very few of your followers will actually take the time to look at what you're offering. Many of them will actually unfollow your page after they receive the necessary credits. But if you're trying to create the illusion that you have a huge following then AddMeFast is an invaluable tool.

Many people will tell you about free like exchange sites but these like are not good per your page no engagement etc. However Facebook Ads require budget and now a days Facebook ads for likes disappointment in many ways. If you are looking for free and targeted likes from those who are interested in your page, simply join groups related to your niche. Don't spam just attract them to your page.
Follow these steps:
a) Create attractive posts for viewers.
b) Join related groups on Facebook.
c) Open each group on new tab (Not more than 9 to 10)
d) Post random images don't show your page right away (Post 1 to 2 interesting images in the group don't spam)
e) After spending some healthy posting time 2 to 3 days etc "Open your fb post image in new tab copy the full URL.
f) Paste the URL into each group (Note: Wait for the image to populate for the post) wait don't post.
g) When image populate delete the URL and other extra text if any for that image.
h) Do this on each group (Note: Don't post more than 9 to 10 groups after 9 to 10 groups break for 10 to 15 mins)

Images, videos or info-graphics are the thing now, based on my observation. They are likely to attract more people.
