Is there anything that isn't Facebook now?

Hello fellow warrior members. I am new and did not see an introduction section like some forums have, so this is my first post. It is something I have been wondering about for some time now, while looking for a helpful affiliate marketing course of some kind.

It seems all the Gurus now days are promoting internet marketing courses that involve posting on, or getting traffic from, Facebook. I do not have a Facebook account, and don't want one. I have my reasons.

My question is, don't people market without using Facebook anymore? I would assume it is still possible. If so, is there a good course that one can use and generate some kind of income without using Facebook?

      Ok thanks. Yeah, I haven't tried video marketing yet. I myself, hate sales pages that are nothing but an hour long video of hype telling you how rich you are going to be if you buy this or that, so that's one reason why I haven't tried it yet.

      I know I would not want to put out an hour long video that is nothing buy hype and buy this now. I can't believe so many internet marketers are turning to video marketing when all they are going to do is make videos like this. I never buy anything that is advertised with a long video in this manner. It insults my intelligence.

      I can't believe gurus make money using this method of marketing. It screams 'scam' big time. I guess there are just a log of gullible people out there and the gurus have figured out a way to take advantage of them using video.

      I also tried ppc and article marketing many times also. PPC has just gotten to be to expensive.

      Using adwords for most people is just out of the question now. Google has made keywords way to expensive now and most people can't even make enough to cover the cost of their adwords advertising now, much less make any profit.

      Article marketing is about the best method I have had success with I guess, though not much. Now with all the talk of article marketing being dead and all, I am kind of hesitant to get back into that type of marketing.

      I guess what I was mainly getting at was, is there some IM course of any kind that doesn't rely on Facebook advertising that is currently available and not dated. Thanks for the advice.
