Why does Facebook wait all day to post ads?

I just posted 2 ads for 2 group pages I got going, my question is I used OCPM and it seems like Facebook does nothing during the day and then @ night I use all my ad budget in 10mims(I'm exaggerating) but what's up with Facebook running your ads at night? Is this when most people are on?

My ads go live within 10 minutes virtually every time I launch a new campaign.

As part of one of my WSOs, I offer fan page design and a complimentary FB campaign so I usually setup 2-3 campaigns per day and they almost always go live immediately, regardless of what time I launch them.

My campaigns usually get approved within 1 hour but mostly within under 20 minutes.

mine get approved pretty fast . Depends on your site . If you linking to external site that never been used before they will check it first . I tend to loop around a fanpage first so they get approved in like 5-10 min

Are you making them in the Power Editor? I find that they take time to go live then. But if you make them in the Ads Manager, it's very quick.
