Hello everyone

I am SEO executive and now i am doing research on "Increase Website ranking using social media.

can anyone give me guidance how facebook and google+ and other social media help in increasing a website ranking.

I already do some work

1. create facebook account and fb page
2. create google + account and Google + page
use this i have shared my site link and content

any new idea??????

    As earlier said, join related groups and discussion on social media leaving your link for solution or reference. This way people get to notice your website and if they like your content, they will begin to share to various social networks. Google will then come in handy to boost rankings.

    The purpose of social media is to interact with public.
    You will get good rankinsg only when you are interacted with many people. Just creating fan pages will not help alone.
    You need to engage your audience a lot before you get rnaking fromsocial media platforms.

    You need to find your audience and engage. If you have no followers then people wont see it unless they stumble upon your page. You need real engaging fans, you cannot buy them.

    If you stop by only creating the page than probably you get nothing. But you should share your site URL and new content their. And spread your URL on these pages more and more.

    1: Share as much of your friend's content on twitter, FB, Linked and Google Plus as possible.

    2: Comment on status updates in niche specific groups. Help people.

    3: Then share your latest blog posts in niche specific groups.

    Also make sure your social media sites are linked up (i.e. FB profile/twitter/linked in) then when you put content on one, it will show up on all of them- this is time leverage.

    Make sure you use social media buttons on your blog/website as well, this helps connect everything up.
