Will this be against Facebook's TOS?

I'm planning to promote dating on Facebook. If I promote my landing page where it prompts the user to enter an email to receive my affiliate link through email, would I be violating Facebook's TOS? Thanks

First of all... have you read FB TOS?

If not, then do so right away.

I'm guessing from your post above that you're asking if you can have ads direct to a squeeze page where a visitor will enter their email and then either be taken to a thank you page or redirect to an offer of some sort... then, in your email you're going to send them your affiliate link for a dating offer...

If this is correct, then I see no problem whatsoever... the only thing you have to think about is how you position your ad and squeeze page as dating is a bit difficult to approve... that is, for some people. If your ad gets disapproved, look at your angle on your squeeze page and ad.

Aside from that... go for it!

First of all, you would need to get an authorization from Facebook to promote a dating website. See below:

    C. Dating
Ads for adult friend finders or dating sites with a sexual emphasis are not permitted. Ads for other online dating services are only allowed with prior authorization from Facebook. These must adhere to the dating targeting requirements and the name of the product or service must be included in the ad text or image.

getting dating ads approved on face book is getting tougher these days.
You need to be pre authorized advertisers before you are given permission to place dating ads.
