Is your YouTube channel partnered with anyone?

I have just been recommended by someone to maybe try and get my YouTube channel partnered with "Awesomeness TV Network" for some promotion but I have never heard of anyone else doing this really so I am a bit unsure.
Have any of you partnered your YouTube channel with any promotion agencies like "Awesomeness TV Network" and what is your feedback on it? is it worth it?
See the way it works is they take like 20% of your Adsense earnings in return for promoting your channel.
