scheduling tweets and postings for time zones

So I'm looking at launching my blog and want my audience to see my tweets, FB post and even maybe retweet it. I'm going to schedule this but worried that 1, a small percentage will see the big 'we've launched' tweet, post etc and 2 if i was to schedule the same tweet/post every 4 hours over a 24 hour period people will see this as spamming or just boring content. The other thought is on how do i get people to engage or see my posts tweets in other time zones when I'm sleeping, with out it looking spammy etc? Can anyone advise on how to get around these dilemmas?

    You can use buffer, or hootsuite to scheduled tweet or facebook post.
