Twitter Growth Strategy i Just Thought Of, Opinion Needed:

We all want to grow our twitter followers, and using a bot will most likely get you banned. You can only follow a certain amount until you reach the limit (~2,000).

Here's my strategy:

1) Buy X number of fake twitter followers (ex. 20,000)
2) Then follow targetted twitter accounts each day. 1,000 per day for 20 days
3) Unfollow those who do not follow back
4) Then remove the fake followers after you have reached a certain # of followers.

What do you guys thinks?

    I think your looking to get banned. Worth a try if you aren't serious about branding, may work for just trying to sell.

    I personally think if you want to grow your Twitter account you need to follow like-minded / people in your niche and then start providing value posts often. You will naturally grow your followers and won't get banned.

    Here's the thing, based on my personal experience.. I am more likely to get a follow back using the steps below:

    1. Follow related/relevant niches
    1.1 Follow those people/business who followers more than having followers
    2. Use trending hashtags if possible
    3. Tweet in the morning, afternoon and evening; most probably between 7AM-9AM, 12PM-2PM and 6PM-9PM. Why? Because people tend to tweet before going to work, during free time and after work. Make sense?
    4. Follow big branded business related to your niche or celebrities.
    5. Browse for their followers and apply step 1.1
    6. Ask for a retweet.
    7. Ask a question.
    8. Follow before tweeting a person
    9. Do not mass follow in a day.
    10. Actively engage, upadate, tweet and share.
