Hi today my Face book account restricted for 15 days how do I get safe from restriction of Face book? my two accounts restricted.

Yeah FB jail is one of those things they don't warn you about or let you off the hook with.

Stop messaging so many people in an hour, stop liking everything you see, and friending anyone you see.

The more you look like a bot, the faster you'll land in FB Jail. Tone it down, manage your next 2 weeks another way, and learn form the mistake

I think FB has a new policy in sending friend requests to unknown friends. There'll be no "Add a Friend" button if they are your extended network, only a Follow button.
Ex.
If that person doesn't have any mutual friend(s) with you, you can't add them. Instead, the only way to get hold of them is to follow their page.

What exactly did you do?

If you don't know... what were you doing on Facebook? Where you advertising? Sending friend requests, etc.?

You would have been added number of friends even which you don't know for that reason facebook had blocked you for temporary basis.

Stop sending random friend request. At least send 10-20 f.request per day just to be safe.
