Facebook will not accept Credit Card
Recently I have been pissed off by Facebook system. I had some unsettled amount for my Ad Campaigns and suddenly Facebook stopped accepting the Card. Tried to add the card again but again not accepted.
After contacting Facebook got this reply:-
I checked with the bank and they said all is well. Just to make sure, I attempted to pay for a hosting invoice and it was paid successfully using the same card.
I am wondering how I can solve this issue without going for a new credit card? Its not even accepting Paypal.
Any solution? :confused:

Hi Sajjad, Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our records, this charge was declined by your credit card company or bank when we attempted to charge the card multiple times. Since they do not give us any information about the reason the charge was declined, you will need to contact them directly to find out why this payment failed. We won't be able to give you any more information about this or charge the card again until you resolve any issues with the company and re-add this or another valid card to your account. Once you have re-added a credit card to your account and paid for your outstanding balance at https://secure.facebook.com/ads/manage/unsettled.php , you'll then be able to resume advertising on Facebook. In the meantime, all of the ad campaigns associated with your account have been paused. If your campaign is currently paused, the ads in the campaign cannot be unpaused until the campaign is active again. Once you have successfully added a credit card and paid for the remaining balance on your account, be sure to activate the campaign level first. You should then be able to resume the individual ads. |
