How to Write Adf.ly links in Facebook without CAPTCHA

Hi everyone
i decided to work on adf.ly and i have a script that can post automatic on more than 1000 groups, but my problem is that facebook block adfly links and force me to write Captcha code in each post.so do you have some ways to avoid Captcha plz ?????

    Why do want to go after pennies?When you post to a 1000 groups at once Facebook see that as spamming you get Facebook account suspended for that.You need many Facebook accounts and private proxies to do that will cost you more than going facebook paid ads.I
    post to about 10 Facebook groups at a time every 24 hours.
