Quick TeeSpring Question

Hi guys,

Don't post much here...but I am lately as I've really gotten into Teespring and promoting it with my fan page.

I have an interest in doing something related to sports or vehicles. Those are some of the bigger niches on facebook, and I think my ads can do well there.

Does anyone know about any special rules relating to trademarks/licensing when it comes to this?

I've seen a lot of sports T shirts so far...Not using the official logos of course, but pretty generic. I would just use my own custom made Text...
For example would I be able to sell a shirt that says "Who Loves Auburn Football?" The same thing with a vehicle name like.."I Love My Chevy" or "I Love My Camaro"

Any info would be appreciated. It's a little confusing with what you can and can't use. As long as I'm not using any official logos and images, a campaign like this should be okay right?

Thanks guys, any help would be great.

Josh~

The rule is that you should own the content that you upload to Teespring.

Of course, you can get really creative and refer to brand names or cars while still owning the content.
