What are you linking back to? Usually from your own site you'll want to create original content, then pin THAT on pinterest with your own original images. The rest should be re-pins, and pins from other websites.

What you were doing is considered to be Pinterest Spam. A way I have seen bloggers get around this is if you create content on your website about other people's content. Then you can use their images and source back to your site from Pinterest. Here is an example of this: 55 Must-Read Cleaning Tips and Tricks (With Pictures) I am seeing it all over and have used this technique a handful of times for my niche sites.

You are still taking other people's content and images so there is definitely a grey line there.
