Please how can one open Facebook Ads for third party businessman. What am trying to ask is that I want to create a Facebook Ads for my online friends without asking for his email or password for security purposes.

Tell them to open it themselves.

What you are asking sounds fishy to me. Sort of like you want to run ads on someone Else's account because you plan on getting banned

Are you trying to offer this as a services, or just have multiple accounts?

Sounds very fishy. Is this even allowed by Facebook's TOS?

Just tell him to make the admin of his facebook account so that you can only make the ads for his account without asking him password and email
